Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mikkel Hansen Men's Mentoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Mikkel Hansen provides men's mentoring and life transformation services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one mentoring sessions
• Life transformation programs
• Personal development guidance
• Accountability and support

Important Disclaimer

Mikkel Hansen is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Our services are for personal development and mentoring purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete assigned tasks between sessions
• Be honest and open during our work together
• Take responsibility for your own growth and actions
• Respect the confidentiality of our sessions

Payment Terms

• Payment is due before each session or program
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Late payments may result in session cancellation

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for session cancellations
• Late cancellations may result in full session charge
• Emergency situations will be handled with understanding

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, with exceptions for:

• Harm to self or others
• Legal requirements
• Your explicit written consent

Limitation of Liability

Mikkel Hansen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during sessions remain the property of Mikkel Hansen and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or for any other reason at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Denmark.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
